Nexus Compliance — Patent Pending

I certify agent trust preinference.

One API call. Your agent sends a prompt. The gate certifies or blocks before inference runs. Every decision receipted. Environmental savings verified.

The problem

Nobody receipts the inference.

AI agents make decisions, generate content, and act on behalf of your organization. Every other system governs after. We govern before.

Post-inference · what everyone else does

The agent runs. Then someone checks.

The output exists. Then someone checks if it was safe, compliant, or accurate. If it wasn't, the damage is done. The compute was spent. The energy was wasted. The liability landed.

Pre-inference · what DeBacco Nexus does

Three models vote. Then inference earns the right to run.

Your agent sends the prompt to our gate first. Three models vote independently. Intent is classified. Compliance is checked. Only then does inference run — or it doesn't. The receipt proves which happened and why.

How it works

One API call. Three outcomes.

Your agent sends a prompt. The gate returns a signed receipt.

✅

Certified

Consensus clear. Intent benign. Compliance passed. Output released with a cryptographically signed receipt. Environmental footprint recorded.

🚫

Blocked

Consensus conflict or harmful intent detected. Inference never runs. Compute saved. Receipt issued with the energy that was never spent.

⏸

Held

Minor reference or edge case flagged. Output held for review. Receipt documents what was caught and why. Your team decides.

The framework

TRACE — the receipt for every agent decision.

Trust, Receipting, Accountability, Certification, Evidence. Five pillars that map directly to SB 942, EU AI Act Article 50, and the IAB AI Transparency Framework.

WeAreDevelopers World Congress · San Jose · September 25, 2026

They described the gap. We built what fills it.

Every speaker on the AI safety stage described a problem that exists because no one governs inference before it runs. Their words. Our answer.

"A queue, ticket, or analyst handoff is too slow for the first containment decision."
Eli-Shaoul Khedouri — CEO, Intuition Machines · Docker Presenting Partner
The gap · Response time

The decision belongs before inference.

Our gate makes the containment decision before inference runs. No queue. No ticket. No analyst. Receipt issued in under 2 seconds.

"Here's a token. Here's a tool list. Watch it go. ...then someone ships it to production."
Sachin Malhotra — Platform Engineer & MTS, Anthropic
The gap · No governance before shipping

Place the gate before deployment.

The agent gets a token and ships to production ungoverned. Our gate sits between the token and the deployment. The receipt proves the output was certified before it shipped.

"This tells you what happened. It does not tell you whether the work was any good."
Chris — Founder, Guild.ai · WeAreDevelopers Stage 5 (AWS)
The gap · Traces without verdicts

Give the trace a verdict.

Our receipt tells you whether the work was any good — before it shipped. CERTIFIED, BLOCKED, or HELD. The verdict is on the receipt. The evidence is cryptographically signed.

Regulatory alignment

The laws require disclosure. We provide the verification.

Three regulations took effect in 2026 requiring AI content to be labeled, watermarked, and disclosed. None of them provide a verification mechanism. TRACE does.

California SB 942

Effective August 2, 2026

AI-generated content must be labeled and watermarked. TRACE certifies content origin before release and receipts the decision.

EU AI Act Article 50

Effective August 2, 2026

AI-generated content disclosure is mandatory. TRACE provides the verifiable evidence chain that disclosure occurred.

IAB AI Transparency V2

Published August 18, 2026

Industry framework for AI disclosure in media and advertising. TRACE maps directly to IAB's five disclosure requirements.

What a receipt can prove

Not that an AI is safe. That a decision was governed.

A receipt makes the accountable facts portable: who issued authority, what scope applied, which policy governed the action, and whether the result was released, withheld, or held.

Transaction-level governance

Accountability survives the handoff.

When work moves across agents, models, tools, and organizations, the record of authority should move with it — not disappear into an integration boundary.

01

Authority before inference

Confirm the authorized agent, mission, scope, expiry, and permitted tools before consequential work reaches a target model.

02

Policy tied to the decision

Evaluate the actual request against defined release conditions rather than applying a generic claim of compliance after the fact.

03

Receipts, not assertions

Record the decision, policy version, relevant checks, and verification material in a durable, inspectable form.

04

Exceptions stay visible

Hold uncertain or sensitive cases for the right human role; do not silently convert review into automatic release.

See the decision happen

The most important proof is a gate that can say no.

Run a safe, non-actionable prompt through the live demonstration. See the stages, the decision, and the receipt — not just a claim that governance exists.

Hospitality

Enterprise

Universities

PhD authentication, dissertation governance, and AI-assisted research certification at institutional scale.

Environmental accountability

The most sustainable AI output is the one that should never have run.

Every receipt carries the environmental budget. What the governed inference cost. What the blocked inference saved. What the planet didn't spend.

When the gate blocks a target call, the receipt records what was avoided. The system distinguishes actual gate cost from the downstream inference it prevented. Protection. Preservation. Renewal. The resource cost belongs in the decision — not after the model has already spent it.
